I have a Toshiba L-36 S2174 laptop. It has two 2.0 usb ports. The rear port works fine but the side port all of a sudden started saying when you plug any usb stick in that if you plugged it into to a 2.0 usb port it would work faster. In the windows event log I see RSM could not load media in device drive 0 of library USB Disk 2.0 USB Device. Any Help.
