Hey everyone, I have a Toshiba P745-S217, I entered my model # and downloaded the updated driver for my laptop. However, after extracting the setup does not start. When I go to the folder where it has extracted and run the exe (as an admin and regularly) I get an error message "Windows cannot access the specified device, file or path......"

So now I run as admin the zip file and I get the message "this computer does not meet the minimum requirements for installing this software" Really so why is it that Toshiba listed this driver when I entered my model number. FYI the driver file name is TC00505400A. If you enter my model number P745-S217 this driver is there as an Intel HD Graphics driver latest version.

This same issue has happened to me before when I was trying to update my sound drivers. Why is Toshiba making this simple thing so hard? I am extremely annoyed at my inability to update my drivers. Bear in mind I cannot update them from Intel etc. as a number of them are custom drivers. If Toshiba cannot get this right they should allow other manufacturers to host the updated custom drivers on their website or outsource the custom drivers to a third party. I am sick and tired of this now.

If anyone can assist I would be most grateful.
