The netbook comes with 1gb DDR2 533mhz RAM, upgradeable to 2gb. I have not purchased RAM in a while, nor for a netbook before. Do they make faster netbook RAM? 800mhz? I don't need more than 2gb, but I'd like to know if I should look for something faster than 533mhz. Thanks guys!

You should get any of 533, 667 or 800 Mhz DDR2 memory module based on the price/brand you can get. The FSB on your netbook is 533 MHz so even if you bought a faster rated model it will still run at 533 MHz.
    Good luck
