    I have just ordered a 4GB Kit from Corsair (2x 2GB sticks)

Edited: nevermind, 2Gb max in the HP, guess i'll just go 4GB in the Toshiba.

So different question, Will I experience any problems in 32Bit OS because it only detects around 3GB?

You shouldn't experience any problems. Even with Vista, 3 GB should be plenty of RAM except if you use memory intensive programs.

No problems with 4GB. The system just sees 3GB and the last GB is left unused.
