I am having trouble getting into windows, I get the Toshiba logo screen and then it just stays there. I do have the 2 recovery disks. Will I be able to use them for this, or is there another way to fix this problem? Need help ASAP due to I have to input my work for the day into the computer already 3 days behind. Don't know what caused this to happen either.
    Thank you

    What's the model?
What's operating system? (Windows XP, Vista, 7?)

Did you add any new software?

Can your computer boot safely in safe-mode? (Hit F8 [I think] while the computer boots up, should give you choice on how to start windows, choose Safe-Mode w/ networking).

If XP, Vista, 7; if you can bootup in safe-mode, try to do a system restore to an earlier date.

    Keep us updated.
