    Vista Recovery

    I was trying to install windows xp on my laptop we all know how that works well
    I wiped my HD so with just the 2 recovery disks can I still reinstall Vista and if so how?

    Thanks in advance for any advice on the matter..

    Set your BIOS to boot from CD first and insert your recovery discs. It should go through the steps for you.

    Or put your first recovery disk in and when it first turns on press F12, and select the dvdrom
