I have a Toshiba Qosimo F40 with Vista Home Premium and thinking about downgrade the OS to XP Pro now...mean reason was that the wireless internet was relatively unstable on Vista(compare to another laptop I have with XP at the same location) and it's kind of slow....
My main concern is that will I be able to find the drivers for things like fingerprint scanner, built-in webcam after downgrading to XP Pro?
Also, do I have to completely remove Vista Home Premium before installing XP Pro? Thank you :D

Check the Toshiba website for the XP drivers for you laptop.
Pretty sure you can get all of them. I installed XP on mine, and I tried to find the Fn driver, but couldn't find one and thats probably becuase I only spent like 5 mins.
If you have more than one partition on your hard drive, you don't need to remove Vista but you will have to restore the OS bootup registry entries.
