    Can someone kindly upload their recovery DVD? I'm in need of it, as my Librreto failed during a system restore with this error:

    <Error>
    An error has occurred.

    ERROR : 0A-0624-0000

    File copy failed.
    Please press [OK] to turn off the computer.

    No matter what I try (safe mode etc), I keep coming back to the restore screen and cannot boot into Windows 7.

    My model:

    PLW10C-00200L, running Windows 7 Home premium. Toshiba tech support Tier-1 can't do anything. They have escalated to Tier-3, who they say will call back in "24 hours". However, I have a feeling that they are going to ask me to wait until they ship a Recovery DVD.

    Thanks very much.

    Download the Win 7 HP 32 bit ISO and mount with an ISO Mounter...from an elevated Command Prompt do an XCOPy with the /e/f/s switch to a 4 GB ThumbDrive and boot to the thumbdrive and do a repair

    >xcopy d:\*.* /e/f/s e:

    This assumes the Virtual DVD is "D" and the Thumbdrive is "E"

    If the repair doesn't work you can at least install and download the drivers from the toshiba support site

    HTH,

    Thanks very much! That worked. However, I'm unable to type using the keyboard. It appears to "click" elsewhere on the screen. Is there a way to calibrate the touch screen? Cheers.

    EDIT>
    Never mind, I figured it out. It took a few tries, but I have now calibrated the 2nd screen. Here's how:
