    its been driving me nuts

    the slot on the top closest to the front. when it comes out its just a peice of plastic but what goes there?

    possibly yes. i looked up an express card and the prongs seem to match up. aanyone with any other ideas or know for sure?

    Ya I think it's expresscard slot.

    I saw that my Qosmio had a 5-1 card reader, so I though it was for reading memory cards. Yet, I couldn't figure out how to insert the various memory cards I had. I felt stupid once I knew what it really was.
