Hey guys,
Does anyone have experience with their repair depot? My laptop is under a month old and the speakers are already dead. They sent me a link to fill out and are making me pay for shipping. Is there anyway around this?
I'm disappointed that Toshiba is making me shell out money for an issue at manufacturing. I've had better support with HP who sent me things overnight on their expense to repair my laptop.
