Can anyone tell me the differences between R930 and R935? Thanks a lot.

If its anything like the differences between the R830 and R835, the R930 will have a matte screen and docking connector underneath while the R935 would have a glossy screen and no docking capabilities.

RogueWare is likely correct.
The #35 models are pre-configured models, and usually offer lesser options than the #30 models. The #30 models are focused for business users and offer more customizations [usually also means it has to be ordered directly from Toshiba].
Although these assumptions regarding the differences between the #30/#35 applied to previous versions of the portege, they may not apply to current models.
Good luck -
