I literally just got my brand new Toshiba Satellite, tonight....in fact it's my first ever laptop. I normally go with Dell for desk top computers.

In the very slim paper booklets that were included with the laptop, they keep referencing a pre-installed user guide, but they didn't bother to tell me WHERE in the system it is located. And they didn't include a disk.

I can't get on the internet!

I'm thinking my friends and family were right when they told me to stay with Dell.

    HELP!

Also, I bought it from ToshibaDirect.com. Should I be sorry I bought a Toshiba?

There are thousands of Toshiba users that can get on the Internet just fine. Don't worry. What seems to be the problem?

In my system, the user guide is located in C:\Program Files (x86) \ TOSHIBA \ Documentation.
