They don't have like a model number or anything on the website, I was planning to get this, but I wanted to know the model number to do more research about it.... Does it seem like a good deal? I have an extra stick of 1GB RAM to upgrade it. And it has the infamous Radeon 200M video card :)

The picture shows a Satelite just like what I'm typing on right this moment (minus stickers)...and the specifications would seem to indicate it as well, being a lower model A105 or something.

thanks for the fast replies guys, looks like it's the M70- just with less RAM and a smaller HD.

now a question for you toshiba guys, does that seem like a good deal for that laptop? I saw a similar one at circuit city for a much higher price. it looked beautiful, especially the glossy screen... would you guys recommend it?

    thanks

Well,it's a Celeron M,so you can't expect teh performance of a core duo. If it's a good deal or not,it depends what you are going to do with it. No gaming, just regular non demanding stuff(say like a basic entertainment system that's supposed to handle watching DVDs,MS Office work and websurfing),it should serve you well. The Inspiron B130 is also a very close competitor.

It most likely is not an M 70 but a Satellite A100/105 series...

The only game I play is World of Warcraft, would this computer be able to handle it? (with my upgraded RAM) I'm not expecting it to run perfectly, because the computer that i play WoW on isn't even that fast.

It should be able to,because the system specs for WoW seem to be something like this:

    Processor: 800MHz or higher CPU.
    RAM: 256Mb or more.
    Video: GeForce 2 or better
Hard Drive Space: 3Gb or more available.
    DirectX 9.0 or above.
