    Will the a105 ever have...

    core 2 duo when it comes out?
    a dedicated graphics card?

    and is the a105 due for an update anytime soon?

    The customizable A100 has a dedicated graphics card as an option. So, yes, the A100 should have a Core 2 Duo processor and a dedicated graphics card option, unless Toshiba suddenly decide to change their policy.

    The A105 is a pre-built model offered only with the GMA950...hence the A105 models will not be having a dedicated graphics card.

    so does that mean the a105 will have the core 2 duo soon? i dont know the difference between the a100 and a105...

    Probably - most other makers are already switching over their models to CD2.

    The only different between A100 and A105 models are the "5" denotes that it is a preconfigured model whereas the "0" denotes it is customized.
