The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    WinXP Sata Drivers for Toshiba U305

    Just a word of thanks to tinypliny. I followed those details and with a few searches I have the sister laptop running perfect. Be aware though, if you do get the drivers mentioned, not all will work because of the non installed devices for example, the finger print device is not installed, therefore will never work. My luck was an identical U305 and the slipstream worked perfect.
    Getting all of the identical drivers onto a CD also made the install effortless.
