This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Can anybody who has installed windows 7 on their Qosmio X300/305 tell me if the new realtek HD audio 2.15 drivers (supposed to be windows 7 compatible) have the MAXX Audio DSP plugin from WAVES AUDIO just like Vista does here:

    Im planning on trying this OS out again, but when i tried it before the drivers didnt work properly for the sound chip.
