If not, can we do anything to get it?
thanks

I think Toshiba only sends it as part of the image CD these days. I didn't see any options to order the CD separately when I ordered my A100 from ToshibaDirect recently.

Very very few (if any) computer manufacturers these days include a CD with an OEM XP CD. Mostly because of anti-piracy efforts on the part of Microsoft (in fact, it's probably in the Windows licensing contract). If the CD is just an image and is only meant for a certain series of computers, it's rather hard to pirate.

If your notebook doesn't come with a CD, there should be a partition on your HD which can be burned to a CD/DVD for your notebook.

normally they ship a quick restore cd. but if you already have a serial all you need is a copy of the msdn edition.

..but you have to remember to get the same version of the system to have chances that your cd-key will suit
exactly you should be looking for an OEM version CD with the same SP included as your XP on recovery CD is (I hope you know what I mean)
Windows XP CD - does it came a long with the notebook?
