This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Windows XP Corrupted - recovery disk?

    P15 has corrupted Win XP Home and need to reinstall. Have lost the recovery disk that came with the unit. How do i get it replaced from Toshiba or can i simply install Win 2000 for which i have full software?

    Do you really want to run a now much outdated piece of software? Pony up and buy vista or at least xp. Toshiba may send you another disk for a price, depending on how long ago you bought the notebook.
