The Satellite X200 graphic card is powered by DDR2 or DDR3? I know that 2 versions are out on the market now : X200 and X205 but they basically the same model. Is there any difference between memory of the graphic card?

Well, depending on the version you have either 256mb dedicated or 512mb dedicated, so that's a difference. I believe they're all GDDR3 though.
