Suddenly got disconnected while playing an online game, tried to connect back into the game server, but noticed the ports lights where nolonger green or flashing amber. Router doesnt detect the connection either. tried different LAN cables already, anyone else had this problem before?

Sounds like your LAN port died. Maybe you should talk to Toshiba what they can do for you.

Strangely enough, upon 3 reboots, system restore etc... which it did nothing...

I left it off and disconnected for 15 minutes and turned it back on, and the LAN card magically reappeared in the device manager and the LED's are back on!, problem resolved!
