so far everything I've thrown at it has run really well.... FSX runs awesome, Crysis demo runs good, can run 1440x900 at med with a couple on high, haven't really messed around with tweaking them for that game, but it's getting in the 30-40 range dipping down to the 20's in some crazy busy times for a second or two... Bioshock runs well, even in directX10 mode, COD4 runs amazingly well, with eveything on high and smooth as butter, guess it's really an optimized game, but it runs great. All the HL2 stuff and TF2 run great with settings in high. Lets see, what else I' been trying.... Having a lot of fun with World in Conflict, and running in directX9 mode the game runs really well, I've noticed gameplay runs quite a bit better than the benchmark test it includes. Race07 if you like realistic driving games runs great. And any slightly older game like Doom3 or the like runs perfectly....

Guess I went a bit long there, but have really been excited with the SLi1 since I got it... went from a slightly older Sager 4780 that was running the ATI 9600mobile, which in it's own right was a good chip in it's day, but just couldn't play any of the new games anymore... then one day it stopped working, and was looking around and for the money went with the X205-SLi1... it's not gonna be the absolute fastest, but for about half the price of a machine that will be noticabley faster, it's sure hard to beat. Plus, I really am impressed with the cooling, as I've been tinkering with some overclocking of the two GPU's, and can get really great results without raising the temps very much. Don't really need the extra speed right now, as the games are running well enough without, but good to know that there's alteast the option when the next great thing hits. Guess you could say i'm a happy customer thus far.

and just for a rough idea where it lands in the comparison of things, running 3dMark06 I'm getting these results:

    3DMark06
    Toshiba X205-SLi1
    1280X854

    6611 stock speed 163.75 drivers
    7055 stock speed 167.26 drivers
    7864 625/1250/850 167.26 drivers
    7981 650/1300/925 167.26 drivers
    6858 stock speed 169.01 drivers
    8047 650/1300/925 169.01 drivers

Do note the res though, not running the standard 1280x1024, as the screen doesn't support that resolution (and I don't have an external monitor that does to hook up), so for a true apples to apples comparison, they would be a bit lower, but not that much from other scores I've seen posted and from tinkering with trying other higher res's then the stock 1280x854 it gives me. Good luck!
