    Hello everyone,

First a quick update - I just came back from NYC to Montreal packing a brand-new X205-59, and am extremely happy with it !

The one thing I can't seem to get working "properly" is the wireless... I have a Linksys WRT350N router (N-draft, Gigabit switch), and my X205 stubbornly keeps reporting a G connection (and also reports 54Mbps). When I set the router to broadcast N-only, the laptop refuses to connect. When I switch to mixed, I get G...

Anyone else have similar issues, or is this a Linksys problem?

    Thanks in advance,

    Jeeps

    Thanks Jesse,

Guess I'll bide my time and wait, I do not need the bandwith urgently, but it's good to know the problem isn't the brand new laptop...

if you have other devices also connected, the gateway will lower the connection to the lowest denomination/speed among the connected devices...

Regardless of weather I have G devices attached to my WRN834M router or not my N connection speed is always 144Mbs with it setup to mixed b,g, and n mode.

    :p ;)
