Picked up a x205-S7483 at best buy on an impulse, probably should have gone with the SLI but anyways...

Fortune bestowed me with a T7700 which if anyone is wondering, will install and run just fine on this notebook.

Here is a screen capture of initial setup:

I'll run some 3dmark and post some results... I'm not really sure what to expect to tell you the truth... We'll see! :)

So i been thinking about changing the CPU T7110- T7700. Is it worth the $330 ?
Or just wait for the new penryn Cpu ?
    Thnx

That is my vista score. I got the chip for cheaper... and considering the work that you have to do to get at the cpu... if youve got time and money to burn, it does make it noticably faster but it really seems to be much faster just to own an sli laptop :)

I have the memory on the 8700 set to 825 right now and its holding solid, interested to see what kind of OC this thing will do

Hey Olokot, which nvidia driver are you running right now? I'm having some issues finding a stable release to run (I have a 7483 as well).
Also, did you upgrade your ram as well? Just curious, since your CPU is now running at 800FSB, that you'd want something better than the 667Mhz ram it comes with.
I had been looking at upgrading the processor, but wasn't sure if the motherboard they used in these supported 800FSB. You give me hope :)

    Thanks
