I recently perchese this notebook and have both Vista and XP installed and every thing seemed to be working fine. It wasnt untell I tryed to play my games on it that I ran into problems. Every time I play a game on it for more than 30 sec it locks up on both XP and vista. Every thing is upto date driver wise and I've even tried 4 different video drivers to see if that was the problem but nothing seems to work.

So I'm wondering if anyone else ran into this problem, and what drivers you would suggest. Any help would be appreciated.

I sometimes get a temporary FREEZE of the computer. I have to Alt.CTL.DEL to open the Task Manager. Sometimes its just the game has stopped responding. It has never completelty froze the computer, just the game. Also sometimes opening the task manager gets things moving again. Some more complex games like Gears of War are more prone to it. Older games like Doom 3 never happens.

    Its your video card drivers.

Download latest drivers from here and patch them (read directions on forum). The ones Toshiba gives out are bad. Also make sure to apply the latest DirectX patches.
