I just received my x205 - s9349 today. I've been downloading various drivers and trying to get it running right. So far vista has been okay as newcomer.

I've installed crysis along with one of the tweaks and it is running at a steady 33 fps. I installed world in conflict and I have noticed some major sound issues e.g. Sound crackling, lots of static, etc. This was just at the main menu but it was enough to make me close out the program.

I've noticed this a tad bit in other programs, and a little in the main menu of crysis.

I only see one driver update for this model at realtek and it is from june.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I have all the updated drivers as well from various sites and it works fine for me.(Bios V1.90)
Except when i tried different video card drivers( to get better performance ) things got messed up with the sound. With 169.25 & 169.28 Crysis& had no sound at all so i reinstalled 169.09 driver.
by the way How do you get 33 fps with Crysis Medium settings ?

Yeah I finally have it all updated now. For some reason on the toshiba website and choose your specific satellite type it will still show drivers for other models and I believe thats where i got turned around at.

And with crysis I was getting 23-25 fps on medium at 1280. Then I downloaded one of the tweaks I think taos? Since I did that it jumped up a good bit and looks good. But not to cheat and say 30fps I'm assuming that it is running on low with the medium setting on the tweak. Also I'm planning on overclocking today with ntune to see if I get better results.
