Does anybody have sound stutter and popping problems on their laptop when playing music?
Mine seems to do it more when the processor or the hardrive is busy. Anybody else?

well not really, but their are some things i noticed.

if you have the speakers turned all the way up without any sound playing, it makes a noise, almost like all speakers. its like a popping sound, but i havent noticed it on this laptop.

also, if im playing music and turn it up all the way when using a player like limewire, it makes a popping noise. i need to use a good media player like windows media player and u can turn the sound up all the way.

i dont recommend going above 85 to preserve your speakers. going too high may damage them, especially at certain frequencies. and, also:

    1. go to control panel
    2. switch to classic view
    3. double click realtek hd audio manager
    4. go to maxx audio
    5. make sure everything is set to on and daytime
    6. adjust bass settings as you like
    7. also on the red part with the touch sensitive buttons, click the dolby button on the far right and adjust bass to ur likings.

    hoped this helped.
