I just installed 2x4GB DDR3 1333mhz ram and it increased the WEI score for memory by 2 points from 7.2 to 7.4. Super Pi score remains the same and I cannot notice any performance increase anywhere. Also I increased the ram amount from 6GB stock to 8GB. It wasnt very expensive, but its not a necessary upgrade by any means.

8GB RAM is over-kill for most users. It also increases the hibernation and resume time. I've settled on 6GB as being a compromise between occasionally needing more than 4GB but not needing 8GB.
