    I have a a135-s4427 wont shutdown.
    It will just turn off and then back on if i unplug the ac adapter it will shutdown just fine but not if power is pluged in. took hard drive out still does the same

    Tried new power supply but no luck has Vista on it.

    does any one no if you can put bios back to virgin on this toshiba
