ok so i had installed xp on it, got rid of vista home basic. so i was trying to get the Fn keys to work, and found a link to a common module off some forum(bad) so i run the thing, it asks me to restart, it does. then xp doesnt load. so i figure ill start fresh again, so i delete, and reinstall xp the same way as before. hook up sata laptop hd to desktop, install xp, then add drivers for sata controller so laptop can recognize the laptop.

so i put the hd in the laptop and it does not recognize it. opened up bios, and hd isnt there. ? help!
