    are those really xp drivers for A200/A205 ??

    hi i just found on the UK site of toshiba that they have xp drivers for the A200 models... the A200 is the same as the A205 just europe version. can someone confirm that those are the real drivers that work on xp for A205? cause i am bact to vista and i dont want to be stuck again without drivers.

    well those are on the toshiba site.
    so maybe those will work for sure.
    by the way do you have drivers/software for the FN keys and media keys?

    because, it is needed in order to install drivers correctly... ( read "installation instructions" )

    dimiboy , i've got some really good news for you :)

    Those drivers work just fine ;-)

    I have Toshiba satellite a200-1CR PSAE0E ( I live in Europe ) and those drivers works for me.
    Read installation instructions and install them in that order.

    Now, can you help me with my problem. I also had preinstalled vista on this notebook, so i installed win XP few days ago on d: disk in order to try to make it work.
    Today , I formated c: and d:, but when I start my notebook, he asks me which OS would I like to start:
    -Windows XP professional ( the right one)
    -Windows XP professional ( the old one, from my d: which I formated )

    I tried fixmbr on my new ( and only) XP , but it didn't help...
    Anyone, how could I solve this problem?

    Edit: I solved this problem with run->msconfig->"check all boot paths"

    so the fn and media keys work too?

    i am now in my uncles house in holland with the laptop when i will get home (on 26th of augost) i will try it myself

    hello i bought a toshiba Satellite A200-AHI
    PSAE0C-AHIO6C
    could some please please tell me where i can find the PCI device driver for XP
    because i downloaded the driver from the canadian site and it doesn't work or am i doing something wrong ? :eek:

    I started msconfig after installation.

    I installed Win XP , and during boot I had to choose which OS to start???

    THEN I started msconfig and fixed the problem....
