    averatec bios gone

    hi I was downloading from the averatec site and accidently clicked on the the wrong link that had something to do w/ bios, the system restarted itself before i even knew what happen and now all that works is the fan and cd-rom but cd only works w/ the xp cd. The screen is black so other than the lights flashing on the cd-rom there is no evidence of any activity what so ever. Please tell m there is a solution.
