This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     changing ide to achi

    i am trying to change the hard drive from ide to achi but having no luck. i changed the setting in regedit. but after that they say go into your bios and change the hard drive to achi but there no way to cause it won't let me highlight it. any help would be great. thanks.
