corrup bios in toshiba donwload page?

well, yesterday i downloaded the last bios vista x64 2.40 for my toshiba satellite A200 PSAE3E, after try to flash bios i cant, and winphlash give me an error, this is a copy of part of log:

i dont undertand anything because y donwloaded and flashed 5 or 6 times bios and everything ok, but this time i can do nothing.
Somebody can help me?
is possible that the bios is corrupted in toshiba download page.
