I'm looking at the Toshiba support downloads page, and I'm trying to find the appropriate downloads for my Tecra A10. They list many A10 models, with numbers like "A10-SP5801". Most of them are "SP" something. But the model number shown on the bottom of my Tecra is "A10-PTSB1U-07R035", which isn't in the downloads list. There are no PTSB numbers in the download list; they all have a different form than that. How do I find the model number of my Tecra for the selection of downloads?

    Thanks,
    Mike

Your Toshiba should have a specific model name, similar to the format you mentioned [A10-SPXXXX].
The number you listed is actually your Toshiba "product" or "part" number; I know a bit confusing but it's just a second way of determining your model.
There should be a model name on your laptop, or on the box it came in.

Unfortunately, the US support site identifies models by the first method: Model Number. I went through a few generic A10 models and could not find your model
I am assuming you have a US model, if you do not, please go to the appropriate region for your product and find drivers there.

    **EDIT**
    Oh, forgot to include:

I did a google search for "PTSB1U-07R035" and didn't find anything useful.
However, depending on the driver you want, it may be universal to all the A10 models; for example a "webcam" driver for all the A10 models may be the same.
