    Hi;
    I have a Toshiba Satellite P100 with the error in Device Manager under other device Modem device on high definition audio device. There is no sound device when you go to the sound control panel. Is there a driver that needs to be loaded or is there something that was loaded in the wrong order?

    Hey, and welceome to NBR!
    Have you tried to download the driver from Toshiba's side and re-install it?
    And did this issue just appear or did you install new OS? What OS are you running?

    I downloaded both the driver from Toshiba and a bios update. It's running Windows XP.
