hi i just received a modem for high speed internet so that i dont "use" the phone line, and when i try to use my ethernet connection the lights doenst turn on ,i cant use the ethernet connection there was a usb connection thats the one i am using now, i tried downloading the fast ethernet driver from the toshiba site but it doenst work ,and in the hardware device manager doesnt show up an ethernet adapter but i have the connection there so why would toshiba include the connection if it doesnt work at all? how can i enable it? and in its guide from the toshiba site it says integrated 10/100 Ethernet LAN and i have the uide that came with the laptop and there it says that too.
