Any applicaiton to control fan speed in toshiba laptops??

speedfan doesn't seem to work.(WHY TOSHIBA WHY?)

Currently my laptop doesn't function if temperature stays at 46-47C . don't ask me why...so I need something that tells my lappy to keep the running!!

But weirdly enough as I am using it now, the fans are mercifully running at consistent medium-high speed. have a look at the pic to see the drop in temperature! [IMG]

I didn't do nothing , the fan suddenly increased its speed.
