    Hi I need help woth my Sp6000 it won't switch on I have bought a new battery and have tried it but it still isn't switching on is there anything else which I can try? I am new to this site and hope that someone can help me

    When you say that it 'won't switch on' exactly what does this mean? Do any lights come on? Do you hear anything, like fans or the CD drive or the hard drive? Do you have it plugged into power outlet or is it just battery only? When/how did this start? Was it all of a sudden or has it been giving you problems? Give us a little more to go on, please.
