    hello

    i bought a used laptop satellite A100-SK4 system unit

    i`m trying to download BIOS update here :
    http://eu.computers.toshiba-europe.com/cgi-bin/ToshibaCSG/download_bios.jsp?service=EU

    but i can`t know the model number like PSAA2 and PSAA8 cause it was deleted from the label on the back of the laptop

    plz help if there is any way to know the proper BIOS update for my UNKNOWN model number


    any help will be appreciated

    You could check and see if the number is stored on the computer itself in the Help/Recovery section. I hope I've been clear enough.
