    in peoples experiences, how long does it take toshiba to ship out a customized laptop? I ordered it on 9/15, and the order status online still says that its verifying my credit information still...

    Call the 800 number listed in the email they sent you. When your order is in that status (credit approval), I think you have to press 1, and be prepared for a longgggggg wait.
