ive had this computer for a really long time, ive lost count of the years...the battery has finally conked out and stop working completely. But on the toolbar it says there is 94% left, but when i pull the power cable out it turns off.

How do you refresh the darn thing>

    Thanks

I'm confused in what you're asking here. Are you asking how to get a new battery or are you asking how to get the power meter to not say 94%? The power meter just simply won't work if your battery is dry, it's probably calculating what 0/0 (0 divided by 0) is which has no correct answer. In order to find the new battery you obviously need, consult Toshiba or checkout eBay to see if folks are selling this battery.
