    i need help with toshiba satellite

    i just got a toshiba satellite and after a few seconds it just goes black .it also does the same thing with the charger plugged in.and it does have the regular charger connection problem please help

    It would be helpful if you could elaborate on the issue... Information that would help is:

    -Model number
    -How long have you had it
    -What software/firmware/hardware changes have you made since buying it
    -What screen it is at when the screen goes black
    -Are the lights still on after the screen goes black (HDD activity light, power-on light, charging light)
    -How long has the issue been happening & have you observed any other odd behavior prior to this
    -Operating system
