    Hi.

I want to install new 128GB SSD in my Portege R700-173.

I want to make Recovery Media first. But I don't understand what that DVD will contain.

Will it be Windows7 installation disc ? (I will be able to install new Windows on my new SSD ? ) with additional Toshiba drivers and utilities ?

or that recovery disc will contain some kind of image of an actual system ?

I'm thinking also about just moving my C: (windows) partition from the old HDD to the new one SSD (with Acronis software - i did that with my desktop computer)

should I move only my C: partition (with proper 4k offset) ?

What's that SYSTEM 400MB partition? should I move it as well ?

Toshiba Recovery Media Creator says that it needs ~6.6GB

So what beside Windows will recovery media contain ?
