    inverter plug wont fit new lcd

    i bought an lcd that was supposed to fit my laptop but the little white plug wont fit into the inverter its slightly to small, the replacement lcd is a 154ew02
    any suggestions, could i cut the white plug in the center of the white plastic
    to separate the two ends to make it fit.

    Are you 100% sure you have the right replacement screen? You should not have to resort to what you proposed. Besides, IT COULD CREATE A FIRE HAZARD. Even if you cut it down, it still may not work. Then you would be stuck with nothing to return no refund. I replacement my kids screen twice, and it was always a perfect fit. Is it possible to speak to the people you bought it from? If nothing else return it, and get a refund (if possible).
