alright the specs are (taken from everest 2006):
    Pentium M 760 2000MHZ (15 x 133)
MB chipset: Mobile Intel Alviso i915PM
    Ram: 1024MB DDr2-533 SDRAM
    Bious: Phoenix 03/16/06
Video: ATI Radeon x600 SE (Omega 3.8.252) (256MB) [I dont understand this since I thought it comes with only 128???]
    Audio: Realtek ALC250
IDE controller: Intel 92801FBM Ultra ATA
    HD: Toshiba MK1032GAX 100GB, 5400rpm, ultra-ATA/100
    --------------------------------------------------------

So now I've run ATI Tray Tool from the omega pack and just did some overclocking of the video card x600se from:
    GPU 358.00 MEM 280.00 TO
    GPU 391.50 MEM 299.70

There are no artifacts so far and I am doing this with SAFETY in mind.

Now I want to create a little package of information for making this computer peak out performance and stability with no risk to software/hardware.

Has anyone else here had experience with this system? How hard can you push it safely?

Additional to overclocking the gfx card I want to look into overclocking/adjusting the voltage (undervolt 2 to cut down heat) the cpu and the ram.

To keep the system cooled without doing anything to the laptop, I am going to buy a cooling pad. I am not sure which one is the best but I saw one that had attached speakers. If those speakers are better then the harman/kardon standard ones that come with it, than I think that is an excellent buy!

I look forward to some help from the great group over here :)
