There are two solutions:
1. Use an inverter such as one of these to produce mains voltage from the 12V supply and then use your notebook's PSU. The inverter power rating should be at least as much as the PSU's power rating unless you know that you don't use the full capacity of the PSU.
2. Use a notebook auto adaptor such as this Targus auto/air adaptor. Look around the Targus / Bekin / Kensington / iGo websites for more choice.
Option 1 is cheaper but probably less power efficient and also gives you the opportunity to use other low-powered devices in the car through their mains adaptors.

There are more inverters here.
180W is a lot of power. So I suspect you have some headroom. You can find out the true power consumption with a power meter.
180W represents 15A at 12V so, without conversion losses, it would drain a fully charged 60 Amp-hour car battery in 4 hours. It might stop sooner, since many recent inverters cut out when the battery's voltage drops to a level where starting the engine may be difficult. But, if you are not using all the hardware power of your notebook (it may be 60W or less under light load) then the battery time will be much longer.
