The power cord on my laptop is stuck in the computer. It still works fine, and spins around, and acts totally normal, but just wont come out. We have tried using 2 people to pull it out, but it just wont budge. I didn't jam it, and there has been no power surge. If it helps, it is a Toshiba a215. The only thing that I can think of is that the laptop lock hole thing is right next to it, maybe that has something to do with it.
    Thank you in advance

That's really bogus. I don't see how anything on it would get stuck. Can you take a slim screwdriver and try prying it out with the edge (stick it between the case and the edge of the cord. Probably would be best to unplug/power off/remove battery first, as a precaution. Hmmmmm...

I can assure you that it is not bogus, this is a real problem. I tried the screwdriver technique, to no avail. It seems like no amount of force is going to remove it, so im gunna take it up to best buy tonight (where i got it) to see if thier geek squad will deal with it because it is still under warranty, and i didnt do anything to cause this.

Yeah, that's the best you can do. What I meant by bogus was that I can see no reason why it should happen, as in, "That's weird." ;)

ooo well thanks for your help hopefully the best buy people will be able to do something i dont want to like take it apart(under normal circumstances i would, but since its under warranty, i figure why should i do something that I can have done for free, and if they mess up, then i dont have to pay for it.)
