    I found the special edition in the U.S. for 1879.00 on jr.com. Is this a good deal? It is in US dollars and it is second day shipping, no tax, plus 50.00 student discount is already included.

    I'm located in Canada, so the pricing is a bit different (exachange rate). How much does this unit normally go for in the US? I checked Toshiba's website & found 2 models, M35-S456 @$1999 & an M35-S4561 @$2079. If the M30 you have is the same as one of these units (spec wise), then you got yourself a good deal.
