What do you need help with? Emailing each other takes away from the knowledge base we're trying to build here.

Jordi,
I'm sorry that you're having these problems with your sound card/drivers. I'm sure if anybody on this site can reproduce the sounds as you indicated, they would post to help you out. But this is your 3rd thread regarding the same issue. I know what an ongoing problem can feel like, but please try to keep this in one thread so that anyone reading the posts will be able to make reference to the previous info and suggestions made.

Thanks and I hope you find a solution soon.

Dear Brian,
Sorry about posting my private e mail address. I have been trying to get m30/35 users to help me but, since I haven't had much response, I thought it would be a good idea to ask them to e mail me. I am trying to solve an issue with the SigmaTel sound card. Would you please read my posts about the SigmaTel sound card issue?

Brian,
Is there any way I can upload a sound file (about the popping noise) to this forum so that forum members can listen to it?
Thank you very much, Brian.

Jordi

Jordi,
No problem about the multiple posts, just trying to help you so people will be able to get all the info and not just some if reading a later thread.
Regarding storing files, you may want to setup a Yahoo Briefcase. It's a pretty cool & free service that allows you to store files in it and then share it for anyone to access. You can also make folders private for specific people/family, etc... Here's the link to sent an account.
