I press the start button and it lights up and nothing happens. I keep pressing the button on and off and finally it boots up. Could it be the start button

toshiba m35x s149 turns on fan and all the lights come on for 5 seconds and then fan shuts off. I believe there is a class action against toshiba . Does anybody else have this problem.
